This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a broad range of secondary transactions, including LP stakes, GP-led continuation vehicles, and structured credit solutions across Europe. Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of LP stake acquisitions, GP-led transactions, and structured credit solutions
  • Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and preparation of investment committee materials

  • Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts within the investment team
