A high-growth, Private Equity-backed SaaS business is seeking an exceptional Senior FP&A Manager to join its London-based finance leadership team at a pivotal stage of its journey. With circa £40m ARR, £10m EBITDA and an expanding international footprint, the business has built a market-leading platform within a highly scalable recurring revenue model. Backed by an ambitious PE sponsor, the company is executing a significant growth strategy across both organic expansion and strategic M&A, with a clear focus on value creation and a targeted exit horizon within the next 24 months.
This is an opportunity to step into a genuinely transformative role within a modern, technology-led organisation that is redefining how commercial finance partners a fast-scaling business. Reporting directly to a dynamic and highly commercial CFO, the Senior FP&A Manager will take ownership of the FP&A function while operating as a critical strategic partner across the wider organisation. The role offers outstanding exposure to senior stakeholders including the Board, PE investment team, operational leaders and international business units.
The business has built a culture centred around innovation, collaboration and ambitious thinking. It is heavily people-led, entrepreneurial and genuinely invested in developing high-performing talent. Teams are encouraged to challenge convention, embrace new technologies and continuously push boundaries. This is far more than a traditional FP&A role.
The Role:
- Lead and evolve the FP&A function across the international group
- Own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and board reporting processes
- Partner closely with the CFO, PE investors and senior leadership team on strategic initiatives and value creation projects
- Deliver high-impact commercial analysis to support operational performance and M&A activity
- Build scalable financial models and KPI frameworks within a SaaS/ARR environment
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, including AI adoption, automation and process optimisation across commercial finance
- Enhance reporting capability, data visibility and business performance insight
- Influence and challenge senior stakeholders across multiple business units and geographies
- Support the business through an exciting scale-up phase and eventual exit process
The Requirements:
- A recognised professional finance qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven FP&A experience within a Private Equity-backed, high-growth or international business
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and recurring revenue models
- Advanced financial modelling and commercial analysis capability
- Experience leading transformation, systems or automation projects within finance
- The confidence and credibility to engage with executive leadership and investors
- A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with a passion for technology and innovation
For an individual looking to accelerate their career within a scaling, PE-backed SaaS success story — while gaining meaningful exposure to strategic growth, transformation and an eventual exit process — this represents a standout opportunity.
