The business is continuing to scale and is now looking to hire a Portfolio Monitoring Senior Associate to help build and enhance its portfolio reporting and analytics capabilities.

The successful candidate will act as a key bridge between portfolio company reporting and senior-level reporting used for investment committee discussions and investor reporting. Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance portfolio monitoring and reporting processes across multiple portfolio companies.
  • Build streamlined and scalable reporting frameworks connecting portfolio company trading data with investor and internal reporting requirements.
  • Develop dashboards, charts, and analytical outputs using portfolio monitoring platforms.
  • Produce insightful analysis around portfolio performance, trends, and key commercial metrics.
  • Support portfolio committee and investment committee reporting with high-quality data and actionable insights.
  • Work closely with finance teams across portfolio companies to ensure timely, accurate, and relevant reporting.
  • Challenge and improve data quality, consistency, and reconciliation processes.
  • Drive improvements in reporting systems, automation, and monitoring capabilities.
  • Support the build-out of additional analytical and reporting tools, including Excel macros and VBA functionality.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and become a trusted internal advisor across the business.

Requirements

  • Background in audit, assurance, corporate finance, or portfolio monitoring.
