We’re hiring ambitious, multilingual 2025/2026 graduates to join Finatal in London, supporting our growing European Private Equity markets. The Opportunity
Finatal is a leading specialist recruitment firm focused on placing C‑suite executives (CFOs/CTOs) into high‑growth, PE‑backed businesses. Opportunity to work closely with mid‑large cap Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies across multiple European markets.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving business development through calls, emails, and meetings
- Building and managing your own network across European markets
- Sourcing and engaging c‑suite candidates via headhunting, referrals, and advertising
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from briefing to placement
- Providing consultative insights and market intelligence to clients and candidates
- Negotiating offers and securing successful placements
- Continuously developing your market expertise and personal brand
