A highly acquisitive private equity backed professional services business is seeking an ambitious M&A Associate to support its continued buy & build strategy. This is a newly created role driven by strong deal flow and ambitious M&A growth targets. Working closely with the M&A Manager, the successful candidate will support all aspects of the deal lifecycle, from origination and target evaluation through to execution and integration support planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting end-to-end M&A activity across the full deal cycle (from LOI to PMI planning)
- Conducting market mapping, target research, and financial analysis
- Assisting with valuation work, financial modelling, and investment materials
- Supporting negotiation processes and transaction execution
- Assisting in the building of PMI strategies and plans
- Helping manage post-deal integration and synergy tracking activities
