Finatal are partnered with a global Private Equity firm (large-cap) looking for an Analyst to join their Investor Relations team for the DACH region. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who is fluent in German and English and eager to develop their career in private markets.
Responsibilities
- Assist Relationship Managers in maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships while supporting prospective investor activities in the DACH region.
- Coordinate and produce presentation materials, cash flow forecasts, fee/performance data, due diligence materials, and other key documents for client meetings and prospecting activities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and prospecting activities using a CRM system.
- Manage investor onboarding and transfer processes, including KYC/AML documentation and supporting investors through their due diligence processes.
- Support the RFP process by gathering and preparing required data for investor inquiries.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, investment, and legal) and external service providers to ensure compliance and accurate data management.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing investor experiences.
Requirements
- Understanding of the Asset Management and Private Markets industry.
- At least 1 year(s) experience in Financial Services (ideally in IB, PE or asset management).
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative to drive results.
- Precision and accuracy in handling investor data and documentation.
- Fluent in English and German (essential).
- Competence in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
