A top-tier global private equity firm is looking to hire an addition to their Investor Relations team to join their London team. This is a high-quality seat within a well-regarded platform, working closely with senior IR professionals across a broad range of investor-facing responsibilities.
The Role
- Play a central role in supporting the firm's investor relations and fundraising activities, acting as a key point of contact for LP queries and ensuring smooth delivery of investor communications and reporting.
- Preparation and coordination of investor reporting, including quarterly and annual fund updates.
- Supporting fundraising processes, including preparation of DDQs, RFPs, pitchbooks, and other marketing materials.
- Managing LP due diligence processes and coordinating responses across internal teams.
- Supporting co-investment processes, including investor outreach, materials preparation, and process management.
- Maintaining and updating the firm's CRM and investor database.
- Coordinating LP meetings, roadshows, and investor events.
- Acting as a day-to-day point of contact for investor queries.
The Candidate
- 2–5 years of experience in investor relations, product management, or a related function within private equity, private credit, or alternative assets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to produce high-quality investor-facing materials.
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
- ACA qualification or equivalent is advantageous but not required.
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively with senior stakeholders across the business.
