The team has a strong track record of supporting ambitious management teams and delivering long-term, sustainable growth across a range of sectors. The firm is looking to hire an Investment Associate/Manager to join its London office. This is a genuinely broad role, offering full exposure across sourcing, execution, and portfolio support. Key Responsibilities- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, including market research and origination outreach
- Take ownership of financial modelling, valuation, and transaction analysis
- Manage key workstreams across commercial and financial due diligence
- Work directly with portfolio company management teams on strategic and operational initiatives
- Support internal reporting, investment committee materials, and fund-level projects
- 3–5 years’ experience in investment banking or transaction services
- Demonstrable experience working on lower mid-market transactions
