Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support multiple transformation projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
- Act as a trusted business partner, collaborating with stakeholders across various functions to provide actionable financial insights and drive decision-making.
- Help to upskill and develop the existing FP&A team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
- Support the integration of financial processes and reporting between the acquired and parent company systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in an FP&A or financial management role within a complex, fast-paced organization; exposure to private equity or listed environments is advantageous.
- Strong track record of leading or supporting transformation projects, including system changes and integrations.
- Exceptional business partnering skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams, driving improvements in processes and team performance.
- Must have extensive experience with Private Equity backed SaaS businesses.
