We are supporting a private equity–backed technology-enabled business preparing for a key phase of value creation, including performance optimisation and potential exit planning. The business is seeking an experienced interim Director of FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, and performance management at a senior level. This is a leadership role with responsibility for shaping financial insight, strengthening forecasting discipline, and supporting the executive team and investors with high-quality analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Own group-level performance reporting and KPI frameworks
  • Provide clear insight into revenue growth, margins, and cash generation
  • Partner with the executive team on strategic and operational decision-making
  • Support board and investor reporting with robust analysis and commentary
  • Improve FP&A processes, models, and data quality
  • Lead and develop the FP&A function during the contract period
