Finatal is working with a leading gambling and entertainment business that is undergoing a major HR transformation programme. As part of their journey, they are preparing to deploy an Agentic AI solution that will provide employees with self-service HR support within the next 12 months. To make this vision a reality, they are seeking a HR-focused Operations Analyst to join on an initial 6-month contract. The core output of this role is to design and build a knowledge base that will fuel the AI platform.
Responsibilities
- Map HR processes and systems across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, payroll, talent mobility, offboarding, etc.)
- Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop clear process documentation, playbooks, and knowledge assets to support the implementation of an AI solution.
- Collaborate with HR Operations teams and cross-functional stakeholders globally.
- Monitor progress against project milestones and ensure alignment with governance and change management protocols.
- Gather feedback from HR teams and users to inform continuous improvement.
- Support training and change management initiatives to embed new ways of working.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
- Strong experience as an Operations or Process Analyst within HR, shared services, or people operations (Essential).
- Skilled in process mapping tools (e.g. Lucidchart) and documentation platforms (e.g. Confluence, Notion).
- Demonstrated ability to simplify and streamline processes for impact and efficiency.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed, highly regulated or professional services organisations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar) beneficial but this is not a systems admin or technical BA role.
- Experience supporting projects or transformations across the employee lifecycle is advantageous.
