A UK-based private equity and investment firm is seeking a Head of Client Services. The firm prides itself on its agile approach to supporting UK growth-stage businesses across various sectors, emphasising innovation, sustainability, and impactful growth. Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational functions, ensuring smooth execution of client onboarding, investment processing, compliance workflows, and internal systems (including management of Salesforce and related platforms).
- Manage all investor servicing requirements, including responding to investor queries, coordinating documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely communication across the client lifecycle.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of management presentations, investor updates, and internal/external reporting materials for both ongoing investments and new opportunities.
- Maintain and update portfolio company information, producing reports, monitoring performance data, and ensuring all stakeholders have up-to-date insights on investment progress.
- Own the end-to-end operational backend of the business, coordinating with investment, sales, and executive teams to ensure processes, reporting, and client interactions operate seamlessly.
Requirements
- 7 years+ of industry experience.
- Experience within Investor Relations or Client/Investor Services.
- Strong relationship development and management skills, both with external investors and distributors and internal global teams.
- Experience within onboarding, reporting and operations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple demands and projects in a fast-paced work environment, including ability to prioritise time efficiently and handle heavy workloads while remaining attentive to detail.
