What will you be doing in this role?
- Candidate Management: Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for mandates in accordance with the requirements of the client through a mix of the CRM, LinkedIn, networking, advertising and referrals.
- Headhunt candidates and build relationships with passive candidates.
- Manage the relationship with candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle from original contact to post‐placement.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls, as well as follow‐up meetings (face to face and virtual) to assess and critique candidates against mandate requirements.
- Brief candidates on job opportunities and gain their commitment.
- Provide consultative services and market intelligence to candidates.
- Send speculative CVs to relevant clients.
- Use sales skills and market/company/role information to gain candidates' interest and to overcome any concerns.
- Manage relevant Hotlists and Candidate Trackers.
- Client Management: Market map clients, gathering information.
- Attend client meetings with the Head of Practice to lead on retained, exclusive and contingent searches.
- Conduct detailed research into clients, their backers and competitors, and create client packs to be utilised for client pitches, as well as during the search process.
- Work with specialist recruiters and build your network with leading PE organisations.
