Graduate Hires at Finatal! Based out of our London, Piccadilly office, Finatal are actively hiring for ambitious graduates who are looking for their first recruitment role. This is a fast-paced and dynamic opportunity which offers excellent career growth and earning potential.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Candidate management: Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for mandates in accordance with the requirements of the client through a mix of the CRM, LinkedIn, networking, advertising and referrals.
  • Headhunt candidates and build relationships with passive candidates.
  • Manage the relationship with candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle from original contact to post-placement, and beyond.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls, as well as follow-up meetings (face to face and virtual) to assess and critique candidates against mandate requirements, as well as for future requirements.
  • Brief candidates on job opportunities and gain their commitment.
  • Seek to gain exclusivity with registered candidates.
  • Control candidates to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Provide consultative services and market intelligence to candidates.
  • Send speculative CVs to relevant clients.
  • Use sales skills and market/company/role information to gain candidates’ interest and to overcome any concerns.
  • Manage relevant Hotlists and Candidate Trackers.

Client management:

  • Market map clients, gathering information.
  • Attend client meetings with the Head of Practice to lead on retained, exclusive, and contingent searches.
  • Conduct detailed research into clients, their backers and competitors, and create client packs to be utilised for client pitches, as well as during the search process.
