The company is scaling rapidly across the UK and internationally, leveraging cutting-edge technology to disrupt its market. The FP&A Manager will take ownership of financial planning, forecasting, and commercial insight across the business. Working closely with the CFO and senior leadership team, you will be pivotal in shaping strategic decisions and supporting future growth.
Responsibilities- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across the group.
- Provide robust financial modelling and scenario analysis to support commercial and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to deliver meaningful insights into performance, profitability, and KPIs.
- Develop and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and business intelligence to enhance decision-making.
- Support fundraising, M&A, and investment appraisal activities as the business continues its growth journey.
- Manage and mentor junior members of the finance team.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of management reporting to the board, private equity investors, and senior leadership.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with post-qualified experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance.
- Previous experience within FinTech, Financial Services, or Technology-enabled businesses is advantageous.
- Background in businesses with c.£100m turnover or similar scale.
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools beneficial.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at board and investor level.
- Self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth environment.
