Finatal is looking to speak to recruiters with between 2-5 years experience to join our teams focused on hiring outstanding talent for funds and accelerating value creation in portfolio companies.

Location and Salary

  • Location: London, Piccadilly Circus – Hybrid working (4 days in office).
  • Salary: Competitive with excellent commission structure paid quarterly.

Responsibilities

  • A full 360 position with 2-5 years experience, driving business development through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Building and managing your own network across European markets.
  • Sourcing and engaging C-suite candidates via headhunting, referrals, and advertising.
  • Providing consultative insights and market intelligence to clients and candidates.
  • Negotiating offers and securing successful placements.
  • Continuously developing your market expertise and personal brand.

Qualifications

  • You are currently a 360 recruiter who wants to pivot sectors or level up your current finance desk to work with C-suite candidates and have a fantastic platform in the Private Equity recruitment space.
