As part of a strategic expansion of their European presence, the firm is now hiring a senior distribution professional to lead fundraising and investor relations across the UK and Europe.
This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of European distribution for a platform of genuine scale. Based in London, you will lead coverage for the UK and Europe, working across the firm's full suite of alternative products and reporting directly into senior leadership. The firm is currently in an active private equity fundraise, meaning the successful candidate will have an immediate mandate to work on from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all fundraising and distribution activity across the UK and Europe.
- Manage and grow relationships with institutional LPs including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, endowments and family offices.
- Drive capital raising across the firm's full product suite – private equity, growth equity, public markets.
- Represent the firm at conferences, roadshows and LP meetings across the region.
- Work closely with senior leadership and the investment team to develop compelling investor narratives and marketing materials.
- Operate as an autonomous senior representative of the firm in the European market.
- Proven track record in alternatives distribution or investor relations, with experience covering UK and European institutional LPs.
- Background in private equity, alternative asset management or placement agent.
- Strong existing relationships with institutional investors across the UK and Europe.
- Confident, credible communicator able to represent a global platform to sophisticated LPs.
- Self‑starter with the ability to operate independently within a lean, high‑performing team.
