Finatal are looking to speak to either 2025 or 2026 graduates who are looking to start their career in private-equity specialist recruitment. We are hiring for one of our highest performing teams, which offers excellent exposure, career growth and earning potential.
Location: Piccadilly Circus (5 days weekly in office)

About Finatal: Finatal is a leading specialist recruitment firm focused on placing c-suite leadership into high-growth, PE-backed businesses. This is an opportunity to work closely with mid-large cap Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies across UK & European markets.
What will you be doing in the role?
- This is a 180 recruitment position, your role is crucial in identifying and headhunting high caliber c-suite leaders and connecting them to opportunities across permanent and interim markets.
- Build and manage your own network across UK and European markets.
- Sourcing and engaging c-suite candidates via headhunting, referrals, and advertising.
- Providing consultative insights and market intelligence to clients and candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls and manage full candidate lifecycle.
- Negotiating offers and securing successful placements.
- Continuously developing your market expertise and personal brand.
What are we looking for in an ideal candidate?
- 2025 or 2026 graduate who is ambitious to start a career in specialist private-equity recruitment.
- You will enjoy working in fast-paced environments and delivering under pressure.
- Experience in customer-facing, client-facing, or relationship-driven work experience is preferred.
- Highly organized, proactive, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
