Our client, a leading European private equity secondaries fund, is seeking a hands‐on Associate to join their investment team in London. This role offers exposure to a broad range of secondary transactions across Europe, including LP stakes, GP‐led deals, and structured solutions, and provides an excellent platform for growth within a top‐tier secondaries team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support sourcing and evaluation of LP stakes, GP‐led transactions, and structured secondary solutions across Europe
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and investment committee materials
- Assist in due diligence, negotiations, and execution of transactions
- Collaborate closely with senior team members and manage aspects of deal execution
- Contribute to portfolio monitoring and strategic initiatives
- 2–4 years' experience in private equity secondaries, investment banking, or related PE roles
- Strong analytical, modeling, and valuation skills
- Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) is highly desirable
