Finatal is seeking a commercially minded Transformation Office Lead to own the Group's transformation office, connecting strategy, execution and reporting across the business and to investors.
You will challenge senior stakeholders, remove blockers and sustain momentum to ensure benefits are realised in full, working with the CEO and Executive Team on initiatives across technology, operations and commercial improvement, with dashboards and investor-ready reporting.
