Finatal is working with a leading established global investor looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Investor Relations team. This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit established but growing team in a fund that offers unparalleled exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team and taking lead across all investor relations responsibilities, including:
- Preparation of investor presentation materials
- Quarterly reporting and transaction announcements to investors
- Attending investor calls and meetings
- Reviewing and collating relevant industry press articles for firm’s senior management
- Responding to analytical requests from investors
- Creation of thought-pieces with members of the Management Committee
- Tracking and reporting using CRM system
- Preparation of Annual Meeting materials
Requirements:
- Experience in a secondaries investor relations/fundraising position is a must
- A record of strong academic performance from university and school
- An awareness of global issues and an understanding of finance will inform the candidate’s work of communicating effectively and engagingly with a diverse, international audience, both externally and internally
- A strong set of quantitative, qualitative and interpersonal skills, and be a team player
- Professional fluency in English is mandatory
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential
- Ability to work under time pressure and exceed expectations in terms of deliverables
