Finatal is working with a leading established global investor looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Investor Relations team. This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit established but growing team in a fund that offers unparalleled exposure.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the team and taking lead across all investor relations responsibilities, including:
  • Preparation of investor presentation materials
  • Quarterly reporting and transaction announcements to investors
  • Attending investor calls and meetings
  • Reviewing and collating relevant industry press articles for firm’s senior management
  • Responding to analytical requests from investors
  • Creation of thought-pieces with members of the Management Committee
  • Tracking and reporting using CRM system
  • Preparation of Annual Meeting materials

Requirements:

  • Experience in a secondaries investor relations/fundraising position is a must
  • A record of strong academic performance from university and school
  • An awareness of global issues and an understanding of finance will inform the candidate’s work of communicating effectively and engagingly with a diverse, international audience, both externally and internally
  • A strong set of quantitative, qualitative and interpersonal skills, and be a team player
  • Professional fluency in English is mandatory
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential
  • Ability to work under time pressure and exceed expectations in terms of deliverables
