Associate – Investor Relations, Private Wealth

It currently manages multiple dedicated private equity funds across Europe and Asia, with total commitments exceeding $78 billion. The firm manages funds on behalf of 300+ investors from North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, including pension funds, financial institutions, and other institutional partners.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Involvement in all aspects of fundraising project management and preparing due diligence materials
  • Drafting marketing presentations and fund documentation
  • Conducting market analysis and research
  • Assisting in preparations for ad hoc investor meetings
  • Assisting in preparation for internal projects and board meetings
  • Responding to investor-specific requests
  • Tracking and updating investor information; ongoing monitoring of fundraising efforts
  • Supporting senior relationship managers

Requirements:

  • Experience within one of the analyst programmes at a leading Investment Bank
  • Excellent educational background at a world-class institution
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Fully competent with Excel; modelling skills preferable
  • Ability to conduct research, solve problems, and learn quickly
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fully competent with PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience in writing high-quality presentations and materials, conveying messages in an effective manner
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation
  • Ability to work both in a small team and independently with great responsibility
  • Ability to work well under pressure with very senior personnel
