They have a 15 year+ track record and are incredibly well-respected within the UK mid-market. They have plenty of dry powder and are looking to bring a new Investment Manager onboard as they continue to grow. In addition to being high-performing and successful investors, the team are down to earth and absolutely lovely. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stellar team and get full end-to-end deal experience from day one. The Role Working end-to-end on deals in the mid/lower-mid market. Focus on high-growth companies within the services/tech space. Assisting with various origination activities. Leading due diligences and building financial models from scratch – preparing IMs etc. Monitoring portfolio companies and working with management teams to drive growth. The Requirements 2-4 years private/growth equity investing experience with strong exposure to UK market. Preference for candidates with investment banking/corporate finance/transaction services background. Strong modelling skills and a developed commercial acumen. An exceptional academic track record. The ability to work independently and in a team. Ambitious, adaptable mind-set and can-do attitude.
