Finatal is partnered with an exciting, disruptive growth equity fund who are looking to add a new investor to their dynamic team. They take majority positions in high-potential, founder-led businesses and work closely with management teams to accelerate growth. This is a stellar opportunity to join a lean but high-performing team and get hands on with deals from day one. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness, developed financial modelling skills and demonstrable ability to build relationships.
The role
- Participating in evaluating and executing investment opportunities across Europe.
- Conducting financial modeling, valuation analysis and due diligence on potential investments.
- Providing value-add, differentiated investments ideas and making recommendations on potential opportunities.
- Preparing IC presentations and deal documentation.
- Building own network to facilitate deal origination.
The requirements
- 2-4 years\β+ experience in investment banking (M&A).
- Strong numerical and commercial aptitude, with well-developed communication skills.
