They are searching for a Group Treasurer to lead the global treasury function, ensuring the business has the capital structure and liquidity necessary to execute its ambitious value-creation plan. You will be responsible for managing complex debt facilities, optimizing global cash flow, and mitigating financial risks across a diverse international footprint.
Responsibilities
- Capital Structure Strategy: Manage and optimize complex debt facilities, ensuring meticulous covenant compliance and maintaining proactive relationships with stakeholders.
- Liquidity & Value Creation: Spearhead the global cash management strategy, implementing rigorous 13-week rolling forecasts and optimizing working capital to maximize internal rate of return.
- Risk & Hedging: Design and execute sophisticated hedging frameworks to mitigate FX and interest rate volatility across a diverse international currency basket.
- Treasury Transformation: Lead the professionalization of the function, including the selection and implementation of a global Treasury Management System (TMS) and the integration of future bolt-on acquisitions.
Qualifications
- Must have worked within in large-cap or upper-mid market PE portfolio.
- M&A exposure to support the integration of treasury functions into the business.
