Title: Interim Technical Accountant Location: London – 5 Days/week in Office Salary: £400 outside IR35 Ref: ZH020 Finatal is currently working with a digital infrastructure business who are navigating a challenging audit period and require a highly skilled Technical Accountant to join their team. This role is crucial for supporting the business through audit and year-end processes, closing different entities, and ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. Role Overview: The Technical Accountant will play a critical role in addressing audit issues. You will provide expert technical accounting support, manage the audit process, and implement robust financial controls and procedures. This role demands a highly experienced accountant. Key Responsibilities: Support the audit process. Support year-end. Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards. Resolve any audit findings from previous periods and implement necessary improvements. Conduct a thorough review of current financial processes and identify areas for enhancement. Ensure the finance function operates efficiently, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Provide technical accounting support and guidance to the finance team.
