Finatal is currently partnered with a multisite education business who are seeking an experienced Finance Director to help lead them through a period of change. Primarily, you will be leading the company through professionalisation of the finance function and implementing new strategies to drive profitability. You must have experience working within a multisite business, ideally within the education, healthcare, or hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionalise and streamline existing financial controls.
- Identify the different product areas and those which are most profitable to base your strategic decisions from.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
