Finatal is working with a private equity-backed infrastructure business currently undergoing an aggressive buy-and-build growth strategy. The business is embarking on a systems transformation journey and is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in both the system development phase and the transition to commercial finance business partnering.
Reporting into the Transformation Lead, you will be initially responsible for setting up the transformation system, developing the system and training relevant parties. Following this, the role will take on the Commercial Finance Business Partner aspect, partnering across various teams to assist on their M&A pipeline and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support system transformation and finance systems development initiatives
- Act as a key liaison between finance and IT during the implementation phase
- Deliver insights and drive performance through commercial finance business partnering
- Support M&A integration from a finance perspective
- Improve financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business
- Private equity experience ideally in the infrastructure or modular building space.
- Proven track record in system transformation of transformation tools (eg Wave, Shibumi, Amplify etc)
- Strong commercial finance experience, with a hands-on approach
- Background in fast-paced, acquisitive environments
- Immediately available or available at short notice
- ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent qualification (QBE may be considered).
