Finatal is working with a portfolio company of a PE-backed business which is looking to undergo significant change, following a corporate carve-out. They are looking for an interim consultant take an MBB plan and execute it with a view to taking out cost, predominantly via headcount, as well as centralising teams, driving operational efficiency and working on transformation of org design. Ideally you’ll have a background as a management consultant or demonstrable experience of driving similar projects in industry.
