Finatal are working with a leading software PE investor who are about to acquire a £100m t/o SaaS business, based in London but with strong international presence. They require an interim CFO to lead on professionalising the finance function, implementing a new ERP, and to work on the integration of recent acquisitions. You’ll be working closely on‑site in London with the SLT and the PE investor, and will have a strong accounting background, international experience, and a track record with PE‑backed SaaS businesses.
