The Business
Finatal is partnering with a private equity-backed, multi-site business with a significant UK footprint and a clear growth agenda. Operating across a large and diverse estate, the business is focused on driving performance, improving visibility, and supporting continued expansion.
Reporting to the CFO, the Head of FP&A will lead all planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the group. You will work closely with both finance and operational leadership, helping to drive performance at both group and site level.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Own the monthly board pack, delivering clear, insightful performance analysis
- Partner with operational stakeholders to drive site-level performance and profitability
- Develop and track key multi-site KPIs (e.g. utilisation, labour efficiency, margin performance)
- Build robust financial models to support growth, investment, and strategic initiatives
- Provide commercial insight and challenge to senior leadership
Qualifications:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Background in consumer-facing, healthcare, or operationally complex businesses preferred
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
