They are rapidly scaling and executing a buy-and-build strategy with the support of a tech-focused fund. With this growth, they are looking for a Head of BI to strengthen their data function now that the foundations are in place. You will join a small team to drive commercial value from data, build an analytics strategy, and migrate the business from outdated manual reporting to automated visualisations. Longer term, you will have the opportunity to scale the team as you increase and maximise return on investment.

Role Overview:

  • Reporting to the FP&A Director, you’ll support the delivery of a long-term data strategy, working with C-suite executives and cross-functionally to explore data opportunities and prepare reporting for the PE investors.
  • Leading the BI function, driving a technology-first strategy focused on self-service analytics, leveraging the newly developed modern infrastructure.
  • Transitioning the business from Excel-based reporting to modern BI platforms, primarily Power BI, with scope to explore AI-based tools. This will automate manual processes and enhance business decision-making.

  • Experience collaborating with finance, technology, and operational teams to automate reporting and deliver strategic insights.
  • Hands-on technical skills across SQL, Power BI, Python, Alteryx, and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
  • Experience building high-performing BI teams and promoting data accuracy, governance, and accessibility.
