In this role you will be the driving force behind improving the processes and supporting systems transformation.A successful candidate will have previous experience within a PE environment or a large multisite business, having a track record of successful growth within their previous companies.ResponsibilitiesLead the annual audit process, acting as the main contact for auditors and ensuring timely, clean completion.Produce accurate monthly management accounts and consolidations. Provide clear commentary and partner with FP&A and the CFO on performance analysis.Oversee payroll across all regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and coordination with HR and external providers where needed.Manage accounts payable and employee expenses, driving efficiency, policy compliance, and strong controls.Lead, coach, and develop the finance operations team with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.Streamline and automate finance processes.
