Finatal are seeking an M&A Director to establish the M&A function for a software portfolio as part of a new buy-and-build platform. You will develop the pipeline of targets, screening, and lead deal execution/structuring through to integration, linking back to the equity story.
You will be the first M&A hire and work closely with the C-suite on bolt-on opportunities, based in London with international travel.
