Fundraising Associate/Vice President, Leading Global Placement Agent, London Attractive Salary Central London WW8108 The Opportunity: Finatal is working with a leading global placement agent that is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join the fund placement team. This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the most sought-after firms in the private capital advisory space. The ideal candidate will have had valuable experience within investor relations or fund placement. The Role: Execution role for global private equity, private credit and infrastructure fundraisings, including: Developing of marketing strategy Preparation of fundraising & due diligence materials Working with distribution team to identify potential investors Responding to investor requests Internal/external reporting Working with colleagues to screen opportunities and complete due diligence on selected opportunities Knowledge management: responsibility for ensuring market information that is gathered for clients or otherwise is captured in the firm’s proprietary CRM Requirements: Strong academic background FCA regulated / passed relevant regulatory exams – If not already held then the candidate would be expected to complete these qualifications shortly after arrival 4-6 years + of fund placement or investor relations experience desirable. Other similar experience may be considered Well-developed Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Excellent written and verbal English Strong relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised and efficient, able to multitask and prioritise own workload Team player with a high level of integrity, a positive “can-do” attitude and an eagerness to learn
