I’m working with a professional services firm backed by a well-known mid-market PE fund. Having recently been acquired by Private Equity, the CFO is searching to bring in an individual to overhaul the internal and board reporting processes, improve the MI pack and be the key liaison between the PE fund and the divisional Finance Directors.
To be successful you must have experience within a professional services firm and have a proven track record working with PE investors. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-known professional services firm and an industry expert CFO.
Requirements:- Accounting qualified. ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
- Experience working within a professional services firm.
- PE experience is needed.
