They are searching for a highly skilled Fintech/FS FP&A Manager to join its finance team, with the opportunity of taking ownership and building out the FP&A function. Reporting to an established Finance Director, the FP&A Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward, taking ownership of the FP&A function. This role will work closely with the wider finance team, the Group CFO, and other senior leaders to ensure robust financial operations and strategic support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of forecasts, models, budgets, building KPI’s, metrics analysis and leading dashboarding using POWER BI.
- Assisting the finance function in preparation for an imminent Series B investment.
- Finance Business Partnering across Sales and Marketing teams, using a performance management perspective.
- Commercially focused, contributing to multiple ad hoc growth and strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on finance professional, ready to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Qualifications:
- Professional Finance Qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- 2+ years FP&A experience in PE/VC backed Fintech or Financial Services businesses.
- Proven strong modelling and data capabilities with strong systems expertise, ideally with Netsuite and Power BI.
