A large, investor-backed, international services group is seeking a senior FP&A leader to strengthen Group-wide planning, forecasting and performance insight. Operating a decentralised, multi-entity structure with a strong track record of organic and acquisitive growth, the business is entering its next phase of scale. This role will work closely with the Group CFO and executive leadership to professionalise financial planning while supporting a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture.

The Role

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead Group FP&A across a complex, multi-business environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning
  • Development of robust Group financial models and scenario analysis
  • Delivery of clear, investor-grade performance reporting and KPIs
  • Leading monthly performance reviews with divisional finance leads
  • Driving margin, cash and return-on-capital focus across the Group
  • Supporting M&A activity including modelling, diligence and integration tracking
  • Enhancing planning processes, governance and systems capability
  • Building and leading a high-performing FP&A team

Candidate Profile

  • Significant senior FP&A experience within a complex, multi-entity organisation
  • Strong commercial judgement and advanced modelling capability
  • Proven ability to operate at Group level and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience in acquisitive and/or investor-backed environments
  • Credible leader able to balance rigour with pace
