Finatal is representing a PE-backed, £300m+ revenue, EBITDA positive manufacturing services business, who are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner/ FP&A analyst that will be reporting into the Head of FP&A. They are looking for driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the organisation with proven sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, ensuring robust financial models, retention tracking and analysis of group sales performance.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business, providing strategic insights and financial guidance to drive performance.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and proactive risk/opportunity management.
- Support the Head of FP&A in delivering high-quality financial insights, board reporting, and investor updates.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes GTM planning & reporting, and analytics to enhance decision-making, working with analytics teams to build real-time dashboards and pipeline analysis.
- Collaborate with operational teams to translate financial data into actionable business strategies.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA) with significant experience in a commercial finance role.
- Must have sales/marketing experience at a group level (Sales Metrics, KPI’s, etc).
- Worked in a large sales business (large scale business partnering with sales).
- Experience working in a high-growth PE backed business of scale (ideally similar size).
- Strong financial planning & analysis (FP&A) experience, ideally within a private equity-backed or high-growth environment.
- Advanced Excel skills additional to Microsoft CRM, Power BI, Dashboard/reporting tools.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, translating complex financial information into strategic insights.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and KPI monitoring.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for driving business performance.
