The Opportunity
A c.£150m turnover, multi-site healthcare business is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead the modernisation of its finance function. This is a critical leadership role focused on driving end-to-end transformation across systems, processes, and data to support the next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team to implement best-in-class finance capabilities, leveraging technology, automation, and AI to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
The Role
- Define and execute the finance transformation strategy, leading major programmes across systems, process improvement, and digital enablement.
- Develop and deliver the finance transformation roadmap.
- Lead finance systems, ERP, automation, and AI initiatives.
- Drive process optimisation and operational efficiency across finance.
- Manage large-scale transformation programmes and projects.
- Partner with finance leadership to enhance reporting, controls, and forecasting.
- Lead change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption.
- Establish KPIs and track transformation outcomes and value delivery.
- Collaborate with IT and external partners on digital finance initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Proven experience leading finance transformation programmes.
- Track record of implementing automation and AI within finance functions.
- Strong programme and project management capability.
- Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience within multi-site environments preferred.
