With turnover below £20m, strong EBITDA performance and consistent year-on-year growth, the business is targeting a value-creation driven exit within the next two years.Working closely with the CFO, this role represents an outstanding step-up opportunity for a technically strong, commercially minded finance professional who wants to play a central role in scaling a business and shaping its financial future.The Role The successful candidate will be instrumental in professionalising the finance function, embedding robust processes, controls and reporting, and elevating the quality of financial insight used across the business.
