Finatal is partnering with a c.Β£120m+ private equity backed People Services business to search for a Finance Business Partner as they go through extensive transformations. Looking to drive sustainable growth and innovation, the business requires an individual who is excellent in communicating with senior stakeholders throughout all elements of the business in addition to assisting in strategic decisions. The role will report to the head of FP&A.
The Responsibilities
- Improve FP&A function through optimising forecasting accuracy and reporting.
- Work alongside investors to provide concise and clear financial information, developing a narrative to shape business performance.
- Ensure accuracy of KPIs through tracking progress and working across departments.
- Assist the Head of FP&A in preparing board-level presentations as well as ad hoc projects.
The Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Relevant industry experience (People Services & Recurring Revenue streams).
- Proven experience business partnering in private equity backed businesses (ideally similar revenue size).
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting skills.
- Strong ability in analysing financial data to present to non-finance stakeholders.
