Job Description Exit Support Consultant London 6 – 12 Months £1200/day (Outside IR35) ASX12161 Finatal is working with a private equity house who own a £500m t/o international services business that are looking for M&A support. We need an M&A consultant to support a portfolio CFO who is looking to exit to a large cap private equity fund within the next year. The primary objective is to support the CFO, build the data room, FDD, liase with external advisors and run projects for the SLT around the exit. This role involves close work with the fund and CFO extracting data from systems, producing financial models and aiding advisors on all financial questions. The role is London based and will involve occasional travel within Europe. You’ll have experience working in private equity backed businesses that are looking to exit, transaction services and deals exposure.
