A leading, high‑growth software group is seeking a Vice President / General Manager to lead its European portfolio. This is a senior, highly visible role with full P&L ownership, responsible for scaling a multi‑business software platform through both organic initiatives and M&A.
The opportunity:
- Own and grow the European software portfolio, driving both organic and inorganic revenue and EBITDA expansion across multiple divisions and business units.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with founders and senior leaders of acquired businesses, acting as a strategic partner and coach while holding them to clear performance expectations.
- Design and execute winning strategies across pricing & packaging, go‑to‑market, sales, customer success and product innovation, ensuring each business is set up for sustainable, profitable growth.
