Location: Piccadilly, London (4 days in office / Fridays WFH)

Responsibilities
- Build new client relationships through cold calling, networking, and meetings
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Deliver market insights and offer consultative services to clients
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for your clients
- Pitch for new business β aiming for retained or exclusive partnerships
Qualifications
- 2β5 years of experience in agency recruitment
- A background in finance or related sectors (Finance experience is a bonus, but not essential)
- Strong billing history and a track record of hitting revenue targets
- Confident in business development, pitching, client management, and closing
- Keen to grow across UK, US, or European markets
