I am looking for a Director of FP&A to join a PE-backed Financial Services Business. They have recently been through a Private Equity Exit and are now under new ownership. They are searching for a FP&A Director who is able to support post-deal professionalisation and transforming the FP&A function into a best-in-class function.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the FP&A Director will own the P&L, balance sheet, and budget & forecasting process, providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making. Your expertise will be vital in understanding and projecting the business's performance over the next 6-9 months and beyond
This person must be a self-starter who is able to hit the ground running. Experience working within a financial services business is required and you must have exposure to working with large data sets.
Requirements
- Accounting qualified. ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
- Experience working within the financial services sector is required.
