Finatal are working with an operating partner of a large-cap private equity fund that needs M&A support based in London. We are looking for a hands-on M&A consultant to support a portfolio CFO with a global industrial business looking to exit in the next 12 months. The focus will be on supporting FDD, managing the data room, liaising with advisors, and running several further projects for the CFO around the exit. You’ll work closely with the operating partner and CFO, extracting data from systems in order to produce financial models and aid the advisors on all financial questions. The role will also require some travel to European locations.

Financial modelling
