Finatal is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to specialise in C-suite and C-suite-1 finance appointments across private equity-backed businesses.
You'll take ownership of your own market, partnering with investors and portfolio companies to deliver high-impact executive hires while building long-term client and candidate relationships.

- Win and develop new client relationships across the private equity ecosystem.

Proven recruitment experience, ideally within executive search, finance or professional services but we are open if you've recruited in other sectors and want to pivot sectors.
