The Role As the Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will report directly to an experienced and highly regarded PE-backed Finance Director, gaining invaluable exposure to strategic decision-making at the highest level. This is a pivotal role, bridging the gap between finance and the wider business functions. You will work closely with senior leaders across sales, operations, and product teams to deliver actionable insights and drive commercial decisions. · Partnering with sales leaders to drive revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives. · Leading FP&A activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, with a focus on commercial drivers. · Acting as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, providing clarity on key performance metrics and business opportunities. · Influencing decision-making processes to optimize profitability and ensure alignment with the company’s ambitious growth objectives. · Playing a critical role in strategic projects, including market expansion and acquisition integration. The Requirements: This role is designed for a commercially minded finance professional with a passion for driving business success.
