Chief of Staff

A high-growth, Private Equity-backed B2B SaaS company on an exciting journey of scale. With strong market traction and ambitious growth targets, they are strengthening their leadership team to ensure executional excellence and strategic alignment.
As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive operational discipline, accelerate revenue growth, and ensure cross-functional alignment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution.
You will act as the CEO’s right hand – providing structure, insight, and clarity across business-critical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leadership to build forecasting models, track pipeline health, and drive operational discipline across go-to-market teams.
- Ensure alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing by managing high-priority initiatives and programs.
- Develop high-impact presentations and dashboards for customers, the board, investors, and internal leadership meetings.
- Build and manage dashboards in Excel/BI tools, providing insights and KPIs that drive decision-making.
- Act as a key communicator and connector across the business, ensuring that strategic priorities translate into execution.
- Lead special projects, support M&A/integration initiatives, and serve as a thought partner to the CEO and executive team.
About You
- Proven experience in strategy and operations roles, ideally within SaaS or technology.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills – able to create compelling presentations and data-driven insights with ease.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a PE/VC-backed environment or exposure to board-level reporting is a plus.
